Announced today! "Genuine Estonia 2023" competition is looking for the most beautiful national domain in Estonia
The Estonian Language Inspectorate in cooperation with the Mother Tongue Society, the Estonian Language Council, the Ministry of
Education and Research and Estonian Internet Foundation announced on 14 March the competition "Genuine
Estonia - An Estonian Name for Estonian Company 2022". This will be the
eighth time the initiative has been launched. For the third time, the
competition is also looking for the most beautiful .ee domain address
registered in Estonia in the last year.

The aim of the competition is to draw the attention of businesses and the public to the foreign language presence in the public space and to promote Estonian business, company and domain names.
Dear readers, if you have registered an aptly named .ee domain in the last year (registered no earlier than 14.03.2022) - let us know and submit your domain to the competition!
Nominations are open in seven categories (service company, manufacturing company, newcomer of the year, NGO, educational and cultural institution, student company and .ee domain name).
The deadline for submitting nominations is 15 September 2023. Nominations can be submitted at bit.ly/EheEesti2023. The results of the competition will be announced via the Estonian Language Society website emakeeleselts.ee during the Entrepreneurship Week in early October.
