The country code top-level domain is on a continuous upward trend, with the register now containing more than 140,000 .ee addresses
The .ee domain remains popular in Estonia, despite various platforms that could
have set certain growth restrictions on the total number of domains. One of the key
drivers behind this growth are the physical constraints associated with the
pandemic and the resulting migration of companies to digital channels.
The number of domains deleted from the register is also significantly lower – while 4869 domains were deleted from the register in 2020, then a total of 4168 were removed this year, which makes -14% in comparison with the previous year. With numbers that are positive both ways, we have now reached 140,000 .ee addresses.
And if you don’t have your own .ee domain yet, then here is where you can find our good cooperation partners, the accredited registrars, who can help you with this!
