Disturbances in the authentication of the auction, registrant and registrar portals on the morning of 29.05
SK ID Solutions announces that it will carry out scheduled maintenance work on the infrastructure between 28.05.2020 23:00 - 29.05.2020 05:00 (EEST).
Maintenance works will cause short term interruptions during 30 minutes window between 23:00 - 01:00. Maintenance works will cause outage up to 2 hours between 02:00 - 05:00. Affected services include Mobile-ID and Smart-ID services.
As a result, the authentication of the auction environment, the registrant and the registrar's portals are disrupted during this period. The ID-card authentication continues to function as well as user and password based authentication in auction and registrar environments.
